WHY TWO SWEETENERS?
Our Recipes all work with real sugar however, we know many of us want to reduce the amount of sugar we use and replace it with better options. Sugar adds bulk to a recipe and provides sweetness, chew, crisp, moisture and texture. Our Baking Blend combines prebiotic IMO (isomalto-oligosaccharide) with other ingredients that together perform very similar to sugar. Sweeteners can vary tremendously and will affect the outcome of all baked goods.
For instance:
*Erythritol can make some more firm and crumbly (not so good for most cookies).
*Allulose and kabocha-based sweeteners can make some too soft and not crispy (not so good for many cookies or pie crusts).
*Monk Fruit on its own is too highly concentrated for most uses.

Use our S'WEEET! Baking Blend in your baked goods to replace sugar or other sweeteners. It also works good in many other applications however, S'WEEET! Sweetener Blend is preferred for many sauces and puddings, like Caramel, because it will caramelize. It also works well in cakes or if you like soft, cakey cookies. They both have a delicious sweet taste (with no aftertaste!) and Zero Sugar Alcohols. ​Both of the sweeteners will make great frostings, ice creams and sweet drinks.
